Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7 days to 3 weeks.
Please note:
- Custom and made-to-measure artworks may require additional time
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed
Shipping & Delivery
We offer shipping both within Israel and internationally.
Estimated delivery times:
- Israel: 3-5 days
- International: 10 days to one month (depending on destination)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on shipping carriers and local conditions.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
These charges:
- Are determined by your country
- Are not included in our prices
- Remain the responsibility of the customer

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue with the carrier.
