2. Products & Accuracy
Each piece is handcrafted, which means:
- Slight variations in color, texture, or detail may occur
- Colors may appear differently depending on your screen
We do our best to present our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee exact visual reproduction.
3. Custom Orders
Custom and made-to-measure artworks are created specifically for you.
As such:
- They are final sale
- They cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in nis (Israeli Currency)
- Payments are processed securely through third-party providers
- We reserve the right to update prices at any time
5. Orders & Acceptance
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order
- Limit quantities purchased
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Refund and Shipping Policies.
6. Shipping
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary
- Eli Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import taxes or duties.
These are the responsibility of the customer.
